Good food, drinks, and also good and fast service.
Horrible place. They have an employee who constantly yells and it rude to customers. When I was there she was yelling at 2 customers because he asked for more cream. She told him no I am busy. When I came to order she was so rude to me. I asked for the manager and she said no you don't need to see the manager. The manager apologized for her but she was still yelling the background. I saw her tag it said Elizabeth. Another time I called because she was there so I had gotten my food and drinks and left quickly not to have to deal with her. When I got home I realized they gave me the wrong coffee. I called and she answered. I recognized her voice. I asked for a manager she said why. When I told her my order was wrong she said we are busy you took your drink and hung up on ME...UNBELIEVABLE. Do not go there unless you want to be treated like dirt. The managers have no control over this employee.
3/29/17 I was here with my family and the kid (I think Mike is his name with curly dirty blond hair) working at this site in the evening shift was extremely disrespectful towards the customers and my self, using profanity language and complaining about a customer in front of me because he had to charge her extra for a frozen drink. I told him he needed to be nice and not treat customers that way and his response was that he was nice but he had a headache and people get on his nerves. I told him that he should've go home if he wasn't feeling good but shouldn't treat customer so bad and since he won't kept his mouth shut and kept talking back, nagging and rolling his eyes I decided not to purchase anything and go to another DD and told him I will never visit that store again and I sure will give a really bad review, I told him I will have a talk with his boss and he said he didn't care if he gets fired. I will never ever come here again. I live 2 minutes away and I get better customer service in the DD at 560 NJ-23 Wayne NJ. What a shame, living in a great town like LincolnPark and having rude people working in the places where you frequently visit. Smh
