Karl Keri handled my mother funeral in July 2011. It was awful!!! Not only did he mess up the burial info on her death certificate, he asked me to sign the statement, as soon as I walked in the door, just passing my mothers body. There was no dollar amount on the sheet, when I brought this to his attention, he assured me it was OK! (My mother only had $7800 for this) once I signed under duress....he cam back with it & the cost...over $10K!!!! I still have NOT paid him, since I still do not have the corrected death cert.!!!! It's been almost 6 months!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

I was at Kerri Memorial yesterday for a very dear friends' wake and it is not the establishment that was disappointing. It was the sheer disregard that this funeral home had for his family and loved ones by presenting his body in such a terrible way. They made little to no effort to cover up a wound to his hand and while you stood by his casket, you could smell him (due to the obvious things that happen to a body). People walked away not only saddened by this loss but traumatized by having to see him that way for the last time.
