The amount of incompetence at this hardware store is beyond comprehension. I am at this store at least once a week and every single time there is an issue. They are continually understaffed and you wait forever. The employees have no clue how to operate the computers and registers which add a lot of extra time to your trip. Last but not least, FORGET about getting keys copied here. If you're lucky, you'll only need to wait for 20 minutes to be given keys that DO NOT WORK. I made 3 copies of 10 keys for my business and only 2 worked! I returned them and had them copied again and still...they don't work. Huge waste of time. Spend a few extra minutes and drive to Home Depot on Rt. 46.

My new favorite store ! A little bit of everything at reasonable prices. Large selection of storage totes which at other stores like Bed Bath & Beyond don't offer. Went there and they had like 2 to choose from. Here every size, shape offered you can imagine. Ladies don't let the word "hardware" fool you, lots of home goods etc., you'll love it.
Finally a retailer who knows what they are doing! Unreal selection of products, and excellent customer service. Consistent A++++ experiences. This is where I shop! No big box necessary
