Take very long to process anything due to a separation between management/pick up desk/cashiers. The man who helped us was very kind, however.
Extremely slow today. Called in an order for pick up yesterday, and when I arrived today at 3:10 it wasn't even pulled yet. Had to leave for another appointment at 3:45 without my material. Extremely annoyed because I have to go back tomorrow.
